Swara Baby Products, a FirstCry-promoted contract manufacturer of hygiene items, is preparing to file ₹1,000 crore IPO, tapping into India's booming baby care market. Swara Baby Products is set to file its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in June, aiming to raise up to ₹1,000 crore through its public issue.
