Anant Ambani Formally Appointed Whole-time Executive Director of Reliance Industries; Receives Over 94% Shareholder Approval

Anant Ambani has been appointed Whole-time Executive Director of Reliance Industries, effective May 1, 2025, after receiving 94.4% shareholder approval. The move strengthens leadership at India’s largest conglomerate as it expands its retail, digital, and green energy businesses. Anant was also honoured with the Global Humanitarian Award 2025 for his philanthropic contributions.
