Ebola Cases in India: Uganda National in Bengaluru Tests Negative After Screening

A 28-year-old woman from Uganda who was isolated in Bengaluru after reporting mild symptoms has tested negative for Ebola virus disease, officials confirmed. Samples were tested at the National Institute of Virology in Pune. Health authorities said no Ebola case has been detected in India and urged the public not to panic amid ongoing surveillance measures.
