MCOCA case: Delhi court sends alleged syndicate leader to 3-day police custody

A Delhi court on Sunday granted three days` police custody remand of Shabir Choudhary alias Shabir Ali in a Special Cell case under the MCOCA. The court observed that, considering the gravity of the allegations, it would not be proper to stall the investigation at this stage
