Mercedes-AMG has unveiled its first all-electric GT four-door coupé built on the new AMG.EA platform. The flagship GT 63 delivers up to 1,169 PS through three axial-flux motors and can sprint from 0–100 kmph in just 2.4 seconds. With 800V architecture, 600 kW fast charging and a claimed range of up to 700 km, AMG is attempting to blend cutting-edge EV technology with its trademark performance drama through simulated V8 soundscapes, active aerodynamics and a performance-focused chassis setup.
