CBSE plans to send answer sheets on DigiLocker along with marksheets from next year

CBSE is planning a major reform to deliver scanned copies of evaluated answer sheets directly to students via DigiLocker along with marksheets and certificates. The move aims to enhance transparency and reduce disputes by removing the need for separate applications for verification and re-evaluation. Triggered by recent OSM-related complaints over blurred or incomplete scans, the proposal is under technical review and may be implemented in phases from the 2027 board examination cycle onward, if approved.
