India expands access to Indian stocks for overseas investors

Under the revised framework, the investment limit for an individual overseas investor has been doubled to 10% from the existing 5% of the paid-up equity capital of a listed Indian company. The aggregate limit for all such overseas individual investors has also been increased to 24% from 10%.
