Karnataka approves 50 AI labs in government colleges

Karnataka is establishing 50 AI labs in government colleges to boost emerging tech skills and employability in smaller cities. This initiative, part of the 2026-27 budget and in partnership with the IndiaAI Mission, will equip students with AI, machine learning, and data science expertise. The program aims to foster innovation and create a skilled workforce across the state.
