Nissan Motor India To Expand SUV Portfolio With Upcoming Tekton Launch in July 2026 and New D-Segment Flagship in 2027

Nissan is set for a major push in the Indian SUV market with two new models. The Nissan Tekton, a 5-seater C-segment SUV, will debut on July 9, 2026, targeting the Hyundai Creta, while a premium three-row D-segment SUV, positioned against the Mahindra XUV700, is slated for an early 2027 launch. Both models will be locally manufactured and feature advanced.
