Tailor’s daughter turns city topper, takes first step towards doctor dream

Ayisha Thanseem, daughter of a tailor and student of Government Muslim Higher Secondary School in Chennai, scored 497 out of 500 in the TN SSLC Result 2026, emerging as the city topper and state third among government school students. Aspiring to become a doctor, she credited her parents and teachers for her success. Despite financial challenges, her family plans to support her NEET preparation, while school authorities believe she could become state topper after revaluation.
