Echo Protocol Exploit Sees Hacker Mint Unauthorised eBTC Worth $76.7 Million

Echo Protocol suffered a major exploit after a hacker minted nearly 1,000 unauthorised eBTC worth $76.7 million. The attacker later bridged assets to Ethereum and routed part of the funds through Tornado Cash, while the protocol team said it had regained control of the compromised admin key.
