Fresh political speculation has emerged after reports claimed that four Trinamool Congress (TMC) women MPs met Union Minister Bhupender Yadav in Delhi. According to sources, the MPs named are Sayani Ghosh, Mitali Bag, Mala Roy, and Pratima Mandal. The meeting was also reportedly attended by West Bengal BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari. However, Pratima Mandal has denied being part of the meeting, stating that she has been in Kolkata since June 4 and did not travel to Delhi. The developments come amid growing signs of unrest within the TMC, with several senior leaders and lawmakers either resigning or distancing themselves from the party. Names such as Sukhendu Sekhar Roy, Sushmita Dev, Asit Kumar Mal, Bapi Halder, Ritabrata Banerjee, Sandip Saha, and Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar have been highlighted in discussions surrounding the ongoing political churn. The report also contrasts these developments with leaders who continue to stand with Mamata Banerjee, including Kirti Azad, Kalyan Banerjee, and Abhishek Banerjee. During the broadcast, an old campaign song associated with Sayani Ghosh was also played, recalling its prominence during the West Bengal election campaign and the political debates surrounding it.
