Gen Z big on pilgrimage travel, drives over 53% bookings in FY26: Report

As per ticketing platform redBus' report, younger Indians are increasingly visiting spiritual destinations such as Rishikesh, Varanasi, Thanjavur, Tirupati, Nanded and Ujjain, much more than in FY25. Men account for about 69% of these travellers, while women make up nearly 31%.
