Nara Lokesh pitches Andhra Pradesh as India’s gateway to Arctic logistics network

Highlighting the state’s maritime infrastructure and manufacturing ambitions, Andhra Pradesh minister Nara Lokesh said emerging Arctic shipping corridors could create new opportunities for trade, industrial growth and India-Russia economic cooperation, while also seeking deeper investments from aluminium giant RUSAL.
