    Delhi High Court seeks Centre, CBSE response over Class 12 OSM evaluation concerns

    The Delhi High Court has sought responses from the Central Government and CBSE on a petition challenging alleged discrepancies in the evaluation of Class 12 answer sheets under the newly introduced On-Screen Marking (OSM) system. Filed by NSUI, the plea seeks compensatory marks for students affected by unreadable scans, missing pages, or evaluation errors, and requests an extension of the re-evaluation window. CBSE informed the court that student grievances are being addressed through existing redressal mechanisms.
