    Nothing co-founder and CEO Carl Pei has warned that smartphone prices could continue rising as memory costs increase due to growing demand from the AI industry. He said memory prices have surged significantly and are becoming one of the most expensive smartphone components. According to Pei, manufacturers may have to raise prices or reduce specifications to offset higher costs. He also claimed that some recently launched phones are already more expensive than their predecessors and suggested further price increases could follow.
